4. Account & Password

It is your duty to safeguard the privacy of your login details. Sharing your subscription with others is prohibited. You are accountable for any actions that take place under your account.

5. Payment & Billing

All subscription fees are billed upfront. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of every billing period unless you cancel it. By providing your payment information, you allow us to charge the recurring subscription fee.

6. Subscription Plans

We have multiple subscription packages available. The features, channel list, and pricing for these packages can change. Any alterations will not influence your current billing cycle but will take effect upon renewal.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to avoid using the Service for any illegal or unapproved purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Rebroadcasting, restreaming, or sharing content.
• Employing a VPN to overcome regional barriers could infringe on local laws.
• Exchanging your account details.

Breach of this policy could lead to instant account cancellation with no refund.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Alia IPTV functions solely as a service provider and does not own, store, or produce any content. We facilitate access to streams already present on the internet. It is the User's obligation to confirm that they are not violating any copyright laws applicable in their area.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is delivered on an 'as is' basis with no warranties provided. We do not assure 100% uptime or the constant availability of all channels. Alia IPTV will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from using or failing to use the Service.

11. Termination

We maintain the authority to end or temporarily halt your account at any time, without prior notification, for actions that breach these Terms & Conditions or negatively impact our Service or other users.
